What we collect, and what we do not

This page sets out what a static information site like this one collects when you read it, and what it never asks you for. It is written as a plain statement of practice, not as a legal document, and it covers only this site.

No accounts and no sign-up here

This site is a set of pages that you read. There is no account to create, no sign-up form, no login and no newsletter capture, so nothing you type here is stored against your name. We do not ask for an email address, a phone number, a date of birth or a residential address, and we do not run any process that would need them.

Anything you do with a casino or bonus offer happens on the operator's own site, not this one. If you follow a link to our partner, that business handles your details under its own privacy policy and its own obligations, and you should read that policy before you sign up. We do not receive your account details, your deposit history or your verification documents.

Analytics data and what it can see

Like most sites, this one may use an analytics service to count visits and see which pages are read. That kind of tool records technical information rather than personal information: the pages requested, an approximate location derived from the network address, the type of device and browser, and the referring link. It is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

This data is aggregated and read in totals. It is not used to build a profile of you, to contact you, or to decide what you are shown elsewhere. Cookies may be set by that analytics tool to recognise a repeat visit, and your browser settings let you block or clear them; the site still works if you do. We do not use cookies to store anything you have told us, because you have not told us anything.

Your rights under the Privacy Act 1988

The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles are the framework we work to. In practice that means collecting as little as possible, being open about what is collected, and keeping any of it secure. Because this site asks you for nothing, the personal information we could hold is limited to technical records of the kind described above.

If you want to know whether anything relating to your visit is held, or you want it removed, contact the editorial desk through the contact details published on this site. We will tell you what is held and delete what can be deleted. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can take the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Questions

Does this site collect my name or email address?

No. There is no form, no account and no sign-up, so there is nowhere for a name or email address to be entered. If you email the editorial desk, we hold only what you chose to send.

Can I ask for my visit data to be deleted?

Yes. Contact the editorial desk and ask what is held, and we will remove what can be removed. Records held by an analytics provider or by an operator you signed up with are handled by those businesses under their own policies.
